The Compliance and Legal department at JCM American Corporation oversees gaming compliance and other legal matters affecting the company. Its primary duty is to make sure the company is in compliance with all gaming regulations in the United States, Canada and worldwide. This includes obtaining manufacturing/distributing licenses where needed, managing product approvals in the various jurisdictions, and assisting OEMs with obtaining approvals for JCM product. The Compliance and Legal department also manages all legal agreements and other legal matters for JCM American Corporation. This includes creating and executing contracts, distribution agreements, manufacturer representative agreements and any other legal instruments necessary for business relations.
