Use the same procedure to create a DIS - ABLE ticket . Type “DISABLE TICKET” on the title line, and change the Attr Bar - Code to 02 . Make sure the Machine Code window reads all Zeros (0000000 ... ) ( See Figure 30) . To Enable ICB In The Validator Once the Machine Number Tickets are printed for all machines, the tickets must be individually inserted into the appropriate machines to set the particular Machine’s Number into the Validator . With the power OFF, set: 1 . Validator DIP Switches 1, 3 and 8 to ON . 2 . Apply power to the Validator . 3 . Insert a Machine Number Ticket (See Figure 31) . While the ticket is held in the Validator, the bezel lights will flash rapidly . The ticket will then be returned and the lights will go out . 4 . Insert the ENABLE ticket shown in Figure 32 . While the ticket is held in the Validator, the bezel lights will flash rapidly . The ticket will be returned and the lights will go out after a few seconds . To Disable ICB In a Validator 1 . With the power off, set Validator DIP Switches 1, 3 and 8 to ON . 2 . Apply power to the Validator and insert the DISABLE ticket shown in Figure 33 . While the ticket is held in the Validator, the bezel lights will flash rapidly . The ticket will be returned and the lights will go out . Once this operation is finished, reset the Validator DIP Switches to their normal position . 10 Soft Count Staff ICB Program      Operations To enter information into the MDM Data Screen proceed as follows: 1 . Open the MDM Data Display by clicking on the Desktop Icon . The MDM opening screen will appear and ask for a “Login”, “User Name” and “Password” ( See Figure 34) . 2 . Enter a User Name and Password and Click the “OK” Screen Button . The Figure 35 MDM Data Screen will appear . The two (2) FUNCTIONS Tabs at the top of the screen are used to configure the program ( See Figure 35  ) NOTE: If the paper runs out during the printing process, simply open the printer and reload more paper .
