Click on the Security Tab to open the Security Dialog Box (See Figure 36) . Figure 36 shows the active fields seen when an MDM Security Dialog Screen Tab is selected . 4 . Change Password : Add or change a user password and Click the CLOSE Screen Button to exit back to the primary MDM Data Screen . Figure 37 shows the active fields seen when an MDM Serial Port Settings Dialog Screen Tab is selected . The SETTINGS Tab (See Figure 37  ) contains the following three functions: • SERIAL PORTS - a Docking Station Port assignment • CASHBOX NUMBER - an Automatic Cash Box numbering feature, and • OTHER - a Data Save location setting . To select a SERIAL PORT perform the following steps: 1 . Select the required port from the “PORTS AVAILABLE” column . 2 . Move the selection to the “PORTS USED” column using the Right Arrow Button . 3 . Click the “CLOSE” Screen Button to return to the primary MDM Data Screen . To remove a port reverse steps 1 - 3 using the Left Arrow Button in step 2 to move the selected port back to the “PORTS AVAILABLE” column . The CASHBOX NUMBER Tab (See Figure 38 ‚ ) is used for setting the automatic numbering feature . If an ICB Cash Box should lose the ID number set for it in memory, the Docking Station will assign a new number automatically . Figure 38 shows the active fields seen when an MDM Cash Box Number Settings Dialog Screen Tab is selected . NOTE: This option should be set above the numbers assigned to the Cash Boxes during the initial ICB installation and will then run consecutively .
