JCM Part No . 960 - 000044R _ Rev . 2 © 2007, JCM American, Corporation 1 3 At Accounting: Intelligent Cash Box (ICB) System Accounting Staff: Reporting Procedure An Amber dot means the unit is processing information from the Cash Box (See Figure 43  ) . A Red dot indicates a loss of communications as shown in Figure 44 . This situation could be due to a loose cable or an incorrect port selection and will also occur when the process is closed at the end of the days count . The active fields seen on the MDM Screen shown are explained as follows: 1 . Drop Number: this is a sequential number assigned as the data is received in the database . 2 . Initialization Status: This indicates the state of the memory module on the Cash Box after the reading is complete . Observe if the box is moved during the reading process; incomplete clearing of its data may occur . This will render the box unusable until it is re - cleared . 3 . ICB Status: This indicates the status of the downloaded data . 4 . Asset Number: This indicated the asset number assigned to the retrieved Cash Box data . 5 . Cashbox Number : This indicates the cashbox number assigned to the unit that was cleared . 12 Accounting Staff: Reporting Procedure At Accounting:   Live - Records report   ICB Download report   There are standard reports that put the information from these raw files into a format for review .   You will use pull down menus to select the data packet by time and date stamp, you intend to use .   You will then use a second a pull down menu to select the report you wish to see . The information records will secure files and require casino security code and password to access these reporting options .
