The information within contains the following features: •   Installation •   Connection •   Operation Installation Perform the following steps to install the JCM AD - 02™ Retrievable Bill Validator unit: 1 . Remove power from host machine . 2 . Mount the unit into your custom customer designed enclosure using the mounting hole dimensions illustrated in Figure 2 - 1, Figure 2 - 2 and Figure 2 - 3 as a guide . Connection The AD - 02™ requires the following three wiring connections as illustrated in Figure 2 - 4: 1 . A 6 - Pin Molex Plug for 24 Volts DC, 10 A Surge (from a user designed power supply) . 2 . A 9 - Pin D Communications Interface Port 3 . A tapped M4 hole chassis earth ground connection point (for grounding strap) .
