Table 2 - 2 illustrates the pin designations for the 9 - Pin “D” Communications Connector .   Operation 1 . Apply power to the machine and verify that the circuit board mounted 7 - Segment LED Display, located to the right of the three (3) Status LED Indicators is illuminated (ON) ( See Figure 2 - 5), and that all of the Front Panel Indicator LEDs are extinguished (OFF) . •   If the JAM LED is LIT, remove power, examine all bill paths for a bill jam and remove it . •   If either of the other LED indicators are ON, either fill or empty the unit as necessary to extinguish the LED indicator . 2 . When the Entry Slot Green LEDs are ON, the machine is ready for loading bills ( See Figure 2 - 6) . When the Entry Slot LEDs are OFF the machine is in the process of loading bills . 3 . When the Dispensing Slot LEDs are blink - ing, a residual bill is in the Dispensing Slot (this is to remind the user to remove the ejected bills ( See Figure 2 - 7) . 4 .
