Firmly hold the stack of notes to be inserted, and squeeze the sides of the stack to form a slight valley . Then place the bills on the note - stacking tool and push them all the way into the tray ( See Figure 2 - 12) . 4 . Keep light finger pressure on the stack of notes, and gently slide the note - stacking tool out from under the stack and the AD - 02™ ( See Figure 2 - 13) . Repeat this process to fill the remaining stacks with bills . Bill Handling External Bill Loading A maximum number of 20 mixed bill denomina - tions can be inserted into the Acceptor at one time . Wait until all bills have been accepted before add - ing more bills (See Figure 2 - 15) . Do not touch the inserted bill once inserted . Insert an additional bill only after completion of the pre - vious loading operation . (See Figure 2 - 15) . The AD - 02™ will dispense up to 20 bills at one time . Bills can be retrieved at the request of the host operator . If for any reason bills are sent to the holding box, instead of the retrieval slot, the host operator will receive a message to that effect ( See Figure 2 - 16 a & b) . Bills can also be retrieved by unlocking and opening the front door, and man - ually removing the bills from their respective hold - ing bins (See Figure 2 - 16 c) .
