Disconnect the Bezel LED Signal Plug from its mating connector (See Figure 4 - 3 c) and remove the screw securing the Green Ground Wire fastened to the back of the bill entry slot . 5 . Remove two (2) remaining unit connecting screws and separate the Bulk Note Feeder from the Validator Unit . ( See Figure 4 - 4) . Front Access Door & CPU Board Removal 1 . Remove the ground terminal mounting screw and then remove the grounding terminal wire (See Figure 4 - 5 inset) . 2 . Remove the four (4) door hinge mounting screws and then remove the door from the frame ( See Figure 4 - 5) . 3 . Remove the thirteen (13) connectors attached to the CPU Board . ( See Figure 4 - 8 inset) . 4 . Press in, and release the six (6) Circuit Board Spacer claws and carefully remove the CPU Board and its protective rear Card - board Spacer (See Figure 4 - 8 bottom) . 5 .
