Remove the two (2) Harness Bracket #1 mounting screws ( See Figure 4 - 7) . 7 . When replacing the CPU Board, download the CPU Board re - programming application into the on board EPROM memory, then 8 . Perform a Counting Sensor re - adjustment procedure (Refer to Cleaning Card Mode Activation and “Counting Sensor Adjust - ment (Part 2)” on page 6 - 17 of Section 6 for further details on performing this function) . Rear Dispensing Unit Removal and Disassembly Perform the following steps to remove and disas - semble the AD - 02™ Bill Dispensing Unit: 1 . Remove the four (4) Left and right side Dis - pensing Unit mounting screws and remove the Rear dispensing unit by lifting it up and off the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 8) . 2 . Cut the lower cable tie on the removed unit ( See Figure 4 - 9 a) 3 . Disconnect the in - line mating cable Connec - tors (See Figure 4 - 9 b) . 4 . Raise the two (2) Flat - head screws on each side of the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 9 c 1 & c 2 ) and then remove the Spacer Shaft ( See Figure 4 - 9 d) . 5 . Remove the screw and Collar Washer of the Open/Close Limiter Plate ( See Figure 4 - 9 e & f) . 6 . Separate the Dispensing Unit from the Rear Unit assembly as illustrated by the small arrows in Figure 4 - 9 .
