JCM Part No . 960 - 000053R _ Rev . 6 © 2007, JCM - American Corporation 4 - 4 Section 4 AD - 02™ Retrievable Bill Validator Disassembly/Reassembly Stacker Section Disassembly Perform the following steps to disassemble the AD - 02™ Stacker Assembly: 1 . Remove the six (6) Right Reinforcing Plate mounting screws and remove the plate from the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 10) . 2 . Remove the fourteen (14) Left Reinforcing Plate mounting screws and then remove the plate from the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 11) . Expanded Stacker Removal Perform the following steps to remove the AD - 02™ Expanded Stacker Unit from the top of the Stacker Assembly: 1 . Bend the Soft Wire Clamp open and remove the enclosed wires ( See Figure 4 - 12 a) . 2 . Cut the middle wire bundle cable tie ( See Figure 4 - 12 b) . 3 . Remove the sensor plate mounting screw and remove the Sensor module ( See Figure 4 - 12 c) . 4 . Remove the three (3) screws securing the Expanded Stacker to the lower stacker section assembly (See Figure 4 - 13) .
