JCM Part No . 960 - 000053R _ Rev . 6 © 2007, JCM - American Corporation 4 - 6 Section 4 AD - 02™ Retrievable Bill Validator Disassembly/Reassembly Bulk Note Feeder Disassembly Perform the following steps to remove the AD - 02™ Feed Roller, Pick Roller, Return Roller, and Feeder Drive Motor from the Bulk Note Feeder Assembly: 1 . Gently pry the three (3) Cover Claw Clips open and remove the cover section from the top of the Bulk Note Feeder ( See Figure 4 - 17) . 2 . Disconnect the Circuit Board Connector . 3 . Push in on the two (2) Lock Levers and lift up on the Top Guide as indicated by the large arrow illustrated in Figure 4 - 19 . 4 . Remove the Tension Spring from its two (2) hooks indicated by the large arrows illus - trated in Figure 4 - 18 . 5 . Remove the left E - ring, then Drive Gear (A), the Clutch Hub and Shaft Bearing . 6 . Remove the right E - ring on the other side, then the remaining Shaft Bearing . 7 . Remove the Feed Roller Assembly from the Top Guide ( See Figure 4 - 20 a) 8 . Remove the Ground Terminal mounting screw ( See Figure 4 - 20 b) . 9 . Remove the Shutter Spring and Shutter from the Feed Roller Assembly ( See Figure 4 - 20 c) . 10 .
