Remove the Pressure Spring, Brake Pad (A), Felt Pad, Brake Pad (B), Feed Roller Gear, and Feed Roller as the shaft is withdrawn ( See Figure 4 - 21 b) . 12 . Remove the Pick Roller Shaft E - ring, then remove the Pick Roller Assembly from the shaft ( See Figure 4 - 21 c) . 13 . Remove the Tension Springs from both ends of the Return Roller Links ( See Figure 4 - 22 a 1 & a 2 ) 14 . Remove the Lock Nut (See Figure 4 - 22 b 1 ) and pull the return roller shaft out of the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 22 b 2 ) . 15 . Remove the Return Roller Links, Drive Gear (B), Clutch Return Spring, Clutch Spacer, Spacer ( See Figure 4 - 22 c), and the Return Roller (See Figure 4 - 22 d) . 16 . Cut the two (2) Cable Ties (See Figure 4 - 23 a) and 17 . Separate the In - line Connector Plugs ( See Figure 4 - 23 b) . 18 . Remove the two (2) Bulk Note Feeder Motor mounting screws ( See Figure 4 - 24 a) . 19 . Remove the Ground Wire Terminal ( See Figure 4 - 24 b) . 20 . Remove the Motor Gear Bracket, and 21 .
