JCM Part No . 960 - 000053R _ Rev . 6 © 2007, JCM - American Corporation 4 - 11 Disassembly/Reassembly AD - 02™ Retrievable Bill Validator Section 4 Dispensing Unit Disassembly Perform the following steps to disassemble the AD - 02™ Dispensing Unit Assembly: Dispensing/Rejecting Motor Removal 1 . Remove the drive shaft locking E - ring, Gear #2 and a shaft Locking Pin (See Figure 4 - 36 a, b, & c) . 2 . Remove the two (2) motor mounting screws (See Figure 4 - 36 d 1 & d 2 ) . 3 . Pry the two (2) Tabs loose and remove the Reject Unit’s Bottom Cover Plate (See Figure 4 - 36 e 1 , e 2 & f) . 4 . Cut the Cable Ties (See Figure 4 - 37 a) . 5 . Disconnect the Black In - line Connector Plugs (See Figure 4 - 48 b) . 6 . Remove the two (2) Dispense/Reject Motor mounting screws (See Figure 4 - 38 a), and remove the Dispense/Reject Motor from the assembly (See Figure 4 - 38 b) . Dispensing/Loading Branch Solenoid Removal 1 . Disconnect the White In - line Connector Plugs (See Figure 4 - 39 a) . 2 . Remove the two (2) Solenoid mounting screws (See Figure 4 - 39 b) . 3 .
