Push down on the Rear Transfer Lock Shaft while lifting Transfer Guide #6 open ( See Figure 4 - 42 c) . 3 . Pull the Entrance Roller Shaft forward, and remove Transfer Guide #6 from the frame ( See Figure 4 - 42 d) . 4 . Remove the Entrance Roller from the Transfer Guide #6 frame (See Figure 4 - 43 a) . 5 . Remove the right shaft locking E - ring and Stacking Pulley #1, Locking Pin #1, Collar #3, and shaft Bearing ( See Figure 4 - 43 b) . 6 . Remove the left E - ring and its related Bear - ing (See Figure 4 - 43 c) . 7 . Remove the Rubber Roller Shaft Assembly from Transfer Guide #6 ( See Figure 4 - 43 d) . 8 . Remove the two (2) Rear Transfer Shaft locking E - rings ( See Figure 4 - 44 a 1 & a 2 ) . 9 . Remove the two (2) Rubber Rollers and related Locking Pins from the Rear Transfer Shaft ( See Figure 4 - 44 b 1 & b 2 ) . Expanded Stacker Disassembly Perform the following steps to disassemble the AD - 02™ Expanded Stacker Assembly: Expanded Stacker Drive Shaft Removal 1 . Remove the two (2) Circuit Board Connectors (See Figure 4 - 45 a 1 & a 2 ) . 2 . Cut the three (3) Cable Ties and remove the contained wire harnesses ( See Figure 4 - 45 b 1 , b 2 & b 3 ) . 3 .
