Remove the Drive Belt, E - ring #1, Transfer Pulley #1, Locking Pin #1, 25 Tooth Gear #1, and Locking Pin #2 ( See Figure 4 - 48 a) . 5 . Remove E - ring #2, Transfer Pulley #2, Locking Pin #3, 25 Tooth Gear #2, and Locking Pin #4 ( See Figure 4 - 48 b) . 6 . Remove E - ring #6, 25 Tooth Gear #3 and final Locking Pin #5 ( See Figure 4 - 48 c) . 7 . Remove E - rings #4 & #5, then remove the two (2) Shaft Bearings (#3 & #4) and Drive Shaft #4 from the Expanded Stacker Section ( See Figure 4 - 48 d 1 & d 2 ) . 8 . Remove the final two (2) E - rings (#3 & #7), then remove the final two (2) Shaft Bearings (#1 & #2) and Drive Shaft #3 from the Expanded Stacker Section ( See Figure 4 - 48 e 1 & e 2 ) . Standard Stacker Disassembly Perform the following steps to disassemble the AD - 02™ Standard Stacker Assembly: Stacker Discharge Motor and Drive Shaft Removals 1 . Cut the Cable Tie (See Figure 4 - 48 a) . 2 . Disconnect the Black In - line Connector Plugs ( See Figure 4 - 48 b) . 3 . Remove the two (2) Discharge Motor mounting screws ( See Figure 4 - 49 a 1 & a 2 ), and remove the Discharge Motor from the assembly ( See Figure 4 - 49 b) .
