Remove the two (2) Table Unit mounting screws (See Figure 4 - 54 a) and 6 . Remove the Table Unit from the Transport Assembly ( See Figure 4 - 54 b) . Transfer Roller & Rubber Roller Shaft Disassembly 1 . Remove E - rings #1 and #2, Shaft Bearings #1 and #2 and the W Rubber Roller Assembly (See Figure 4 - 55 a 1 & a 2 , b 1 & b 2 and c) . 2 . Remove E - rings #3 and #4, Shaft Bearings #1 and #2 and then remove the two (2) Rub - ber Rollers from the shaft (See Figure 4 - 55 d 1 & d 2 , e 1 & e 2 and f 1 & f 2 ) . 3 . Remove E - rings #5 and #6, Shaft Bearings #3 and #4 and the Transfer Roller Assembly ( See Figure 4 - 55 g 1 & g 2 , h 1 & h 2 and i) . 4 . Remove E - rings #7 and #8 and then remove the two (2) Transfer Rollers and their related Locking Pins ( See Figure 4 - 55 j 1 & j 2 , k 1 & k 2 and l 1 & l 2 ) . Switching Solenoid Removal 1 . Unplug the White In - line Connector ( See Figure 4 - 60 a) . 2 . Remove the solenoid side of the Return Spring ( See Figure 4 - 60 b) . 3 .
