Remove the Solenoid Plunger and the TDS - 06U - 13 Switching Solenoid Assembly ( See Figure 4 - 60 d) . Base Unit Disassembly Perform the following steps to disassemble the AD - 02™ Base Unit Assembly: Base Unit Discharging Motor Removal 1 . Remove the five (5) Right Side Cover Plate mounting screws ( See Figure 4 - 57 a 1 and a 2 ), then 2 . Remove the Chassis Ground Tab and the Right Side Cover Plate ( See Figure 4 - 57 b 1 and b 2 ) . 1 . Remove the six (6) Left Side Cover Plate mounting screws ( See Figure 4 - 58 a 1 , a 2 and a 3 ), then 2 . Remove the Chassis Ground Tab and the Left Side Cover Plate ( See Figure 4 - 58 b 1 and b 2 ) . 3 . Remove the frame Support Shaft (See Figure 4 - 58 c) . 4 . Cut the Cable Tie (See Figure 4 - 59 a) . 5 . Disconnect the In - line Connector Plugs (See Figure 4 - 59 b) . 6 . Remove the two (2) Discharge Motor mounting screws (See Figure 4 - 59 c 1 and c 2 ), and remove the Discharge Motor from the assembly (See Figure 4 - 59 d) . 7 . Remove the Base Opening/Closing Plate ( See Figure 4 - 60 a) . 8 . Remove the Drive Belt from between the M Slave Pulley and the Transfer Motor Gear ( See Figure 4 - 60 b) . 9 .
