Record the switch settings currently set on DIP Switch SW1 and follow Figure 6 - 43 procedural Steps a to e . 2 . Apply a 50% Ethyl Alcohol cleaning solution to the front and back of a standard AD - 02™ cleaning sheet inside the broken line shown in Figure 6 - 44 (JCM Part No . 900 - 100843R) . 3 . In a single cleaning sequence, pass the sheet three or four times repeatedly through the machine from the Entry Slot to the Exit Slot ( See Figure 6 - 45) . Counting Sensor Adjustment (Part 1) Prior to re - adjustment, dust off all Sensor surfaces . Figure 6 - 46 provides the steps and display results necessary to begin performing this test . Figure 6 - 42 Cleaning Mode Procedure Press SW1 to Locate Test . Press SW3 to Begin the Cleaning Process . Insert the dedicated cleaning paper into the Bill Entry Slot . Once cleaning is complete, remove the cleaning paper from the Dispensing Slot . Press SW1 to End the Test . a b C         L          n c d NOTE: Make sure that “CLN” is displayed and initialization is complete before proceeding to next step! e NOTE: Insert only one piece of cleaning paper at a time . T          1          5 WARNING: Cleaning is required every 20,000 bill acceptance/dispense cycles or the machine may stop functioning . The rollers and transfer belts can be cleaned more often . NOTE: This procedure is performed in the Communications Mode . Press SW2 to Display “T15” Press SW3 to Begin Cleaning Process Insert the dedicated cleaning paper into the Bill Entry Slot . Once cleaning is complete, remove the paper from the Dispensing Slot . WARNING: Use of a stronger alcohol percentage than 50% will damage the lenses and void the warranty .
