Counting Sensor Adjustment (Part 2) Through Beam Level Adjustment To begin this portion of the test, insert YUPO #80 Calibration Test Paper into the Unit at the locations shown in Figure 6 - 47 Steps d to a, while repeating the procedure outlined in Figure 6 - 48 Steps a to f . Test Mode Program Version Confirmation To check the current program version being used for testing: 1 . Remove the four (4) right side cover Phillips mounting screws and the right side cover and 2 . review “Press SW3 to display the Bin Sensor selections (See the Bin Sensor Selection Table at Figure 6 - 39 d) . on page 6 - 14 . 3 . Record the current DIP Switch SW1 settings when the version check is complete . Manual Cleaning/Preventive Maintenance To manually clean the lenses, use a lint - free cloth and a mild non - abrasive detergent such as liquid dish soap mixed with water . It is important to keep the bill path, rollers, and belts clean . Use a soft lint - free cloth or a cotton swab to wipe dirt and stains from the surfaces of the magnetic and optical sensors, rollers and belts . The sensor lenses are transparent, and made of a polymer material . Handle them with care .
