JCM Part No . 960 - 000053R _ Rev . 6 © 2007, JCM - American Corporation 6 - 1 9 Programming and Testing AD - 02™ Retrievable Bill Validator Section 6 located at areas described for Sensors A, B, C and D in Table 6 - 7 . 2 . Clean all rubber parts by wiping dust off using a cotton cloth soaked in the approved cleaning solution . In general, dust on Valida - tion Unit Sensors will cause an increased loading reject frequency (i . e . , 7 - Segment Display readings of “V - 02”, “V - 07” or “V - 08”), and dust on each Counting Sensor will cause a Unit level Error 7 - Segment Display indication of E - 52, E - 53, E - 54 or E - 55 . Discharge Unit Clearance Adjustment To readjust Discharge Unit clearance tolerances proceed as follows: 1 . Remove the four (4) left side cover Phillips mounting screws and remove the left AD - 02™ side cover ( See Figure 6 - 52) . 2 . Slide the entire AD - 02™ Unit out to the end of its service slide . Use the reference values listed in Table 6 - 8 to set the clearance adjust - ments located on the Base Unit shown in Figure 6 - 53 .    Table 6 - 7 Sensor Test Descriptions Sensor No .
